Each year provides all the opportunity to set some new goals. Recently I have been doing some thinking about having some "BE" Goals rather than "DO" Goals. So here are my "BE" Goals for this year.
Shine... I Need To Give My Absolute Best...because when the team knows I'm giving my best is when they will be willing to give theirs!
Give... I want to be Generous...with praise, ideas and support!
Create...I want to Innovate not Imitate...fresh ideas with a side of edge!
Focus...I want to be aware of Sideways Energy...Pick My No's!
Connect...I want to Connect People with Vision...Paint a Vivid Picture!
